At Wise Practice Consulting, we deeply value trust, clarity, and mutual respect. The policies below are designed to honor both your commitment and the time, energy, and resources required to deliver professional services and meaningful experiences. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.

Payments

When you make a purchase through our Digital Platforms, you agree to pay the full price listed at the time of checkout, including any applicable taxes.

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party service providers. By completing your purchase, you authorize Wise Practice Consulting and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown during checkout.

You agree that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

  • Your payment provider will honor the charges incurred.

If a payment is declined or not received for any reason, you agree to promptly provide an alternative payment method and submit any outstanding amounts due.

Canceling Your Membership Subscription

We want you to feel confident and supported in your decision to join the Wise Practice Community.

You may cancel your membership by submitting this form. Please submit your request at least 3 business days before your next billing date so we have enough time to process it.

If your renewal payment has already been processed, your membership will remain active through the end of that billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.

This policy applies regardless of usage during a billing period.

Ticket Refunds

We understand that plans can change.

If you are unable to attend the Summit, you may request a full refund up to 90 days before the event date.

Within 90 days of the Summit, tickets become nonrefundable, as preparations and event commitments are already well underway.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual who will attend the Summit. We ask that this individual be another practice owner that would benefit from the event. Please contact us to facilitate the transfer.

Services Already Provided

We are unable to offer refunds for services that have already been delivered. This includes but is not limited to the following:

  • Consulting services

  • Digital content that has been accessed

  • Event participation

Once a service has begun or been completed, it is considered fulfilled.

Continuing Education Policies

The following policies govern the continuing education programs offered by Wise Practice Consulting. Questions about any policy may be directed to Whitney Owens at whitney@wisepracticeconsulting.com.

Confidentiality and Privacy Policy.

Wise Practice Consulting is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of participant information related to our continuing education programs.

We collect only the information needed to administer our programs and issue certificates such as your name, email address, professional credentials, and program evaluation responses. This information is used solely to register participants, verify attendance, issue certificates of completion, and improve our programs.

We do not sell, rent, or share participant personal information with third parties, except as required to operate the program (for example, the secure platforms we use to host sessions, collect evaluations, and generate certificates) or as required by law. Access to participant information is limited to the staff responsible for administering our programs.

Participant records are stored securely and retained for at least five years following each program, consistent with applicable continuing education requirements. Program evaluation data is reported only in aggregate, de-identified form; individual evaluations and participant identities are never published.

If you have questions about how your information is handled, please contact us at whitney@wisepracticeconsulting.com.

Participant Complaint and Dispute Resolution Policy

Wise Practice Consulting is committed to delivering high-quality continuing education and to resolving any participant concerns promptly, fairly, and respectfully.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of one of our programs, including its content, delivery, the presenter, registration, certificates, or accommodations, please submit it in writing to Whitney Owens at whitney@wisepracticeconsulting.com. Please include your name, the program title and date, and a description of your concern.

We will acknowledge your complaint within ten (10) business days of receipt. The complaint will be reviewed by the Wise Practice Consulting Leadership Team, who will work with you toward a fair resolution and provide a written response within thirty (30) days. If additional time is needed to investigate, we will let you know.

We take all complaints seriously and use participant feedback to improve future programs. There is no cost to file a complaint, and submitting a complaint will not affect your access to our programs.

A Final Note

Our hope is that these guidelines create clarity and fairness for everyone involved.
